Hello, I'm Shaquanda. I am a credentialed, award-winning Human Resources Executive. My experience is working with multi billion-dollar companies and leading large HR teams. But my true passion is using my strategic vision to bolster the power of nonprofits and build small businesses. I operate with a strong community conscience—I sit on several boards and have been an advocate in my community from a young age, starting with the local Grand Rapids NAACP. I know the sacrifice executives of nonprofits and small businesses make. Their leadership often comes with limited manpower and budgets oftentimes resulting in leaders wearing several hats. One of those hats being that of the Human Resources department. I’m here to tell you, you don’t have too. I aim to provide non-profits and small businesses best in class corporate support, ideation, and solutions. I can lighten your load while bringing valuable strategies and performance excellence to your organization.
